Christian Benteke could miss Belgium’s Euro 2016 qualifier

Manager Marc Wilmots explains the star must prove fitness training session tomorrow or will not be lowered in midweek.

"The media team continues to monitor the development of acquired injury Benteke," Wilmots said.

"If tomorrow fail to practice it means Benteke back pain and he will not play."

"I'm just going to lower them really fit and the team has a lot of substitutes," he said.

However, a scan has confirmed that the problem is only minor and Liverpool expect him to be fit for the crunch Premier League clash with Manchester United at Old Trafford on September 12.
